Importance of Hygiene.

It has been proven over time that the small actions that characterize the daily and personal hygiene of each individual are, in short, important to ensure the person a good
state of health, avoiding contact with viruses or bacteria, limiting exposure to diseases and generally maintaining a good state of cleanliness of the body.

The way we see ourselves and how others perceive us impacts our self-esteem and motivation. So by preparing ourselves day by day for our personal hygiene and our environment, everything will change for the better.

From a very simple perspective, our health depends on the proper cleanliness of our body.

Maintaining daily cleanliness habits such as bathing or washing your hands with soap and water after using the bathroom, or before cooking and eating, can help avoid diseases such as diarrhea or cholera. This practice has been shown to reduce the rate of other conditions such as
pneumonia, influenza or skin and eye infections, among others.
It is important to think about each part of our body separately, when it comes to
hygiene.

The basic actions that we must all carry out are:
